The Renter is responsible for ensuring that the boat\u2019s operator has sufficient knowledge and skills to handle the rented boat. <\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-74bf8b2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"74bf8b2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Handover and return of the boat<\/strong><br \/>Handover and return of the boat The boat is handed over to the Renter at L\u00e4s\u00e4koski Manor or at the agreed location at the beginning of the rental period. The boat must be returned cleaned and in proper condition at the agreed time to the agreed location according to the rental agreement. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div data-particle_enable=\"false\" data-particle-mobile-disabled=\"false\" class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-751cac2 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"751cac2\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-86075aa elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"86075aa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">The Renter's responsibilities and inspection obligations<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6479992 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6479992\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>The Renter\u2019s responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>The Renter is responsible for any damage to the boat or its equipment that occurs during the rental period and is obliged to cover the costs, including any costs incurred due to loss of rental income, to restore the boat to the condition it was in when handed over to the Renter.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5b1eb9c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5b1eb9c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Inspection obligation<\/strong><br \/>Upon receipt, the Renter must inspect the condition of the boat and report any deficiencies.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div data-particle_enable=\"false\" data-particle-mobile-disabled=\"false\" class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8f08d57 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"8f08d57\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-025d51b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"025d51b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Repairs, maintenance, and boat care<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ee030cc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ee030cc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Repairs and maintenance<\/strong><br \/>The Renter must not make repairs or maintenance to the boat without separately asking the owner for permission. Normal checks of the boat, such as checking oil and coolant levels, are allowed. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-73b1597 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"73b1597\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Boat care<\/strong><br \/>It is the Renter\u2019s responsibility to ensure the normal inspections and cleanliness of the boat during the rental period.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div data-particle_enable=\"false\" data-particle-mobile-disabled=\"false\" class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-da9aebc e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"da9aebc\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-53dd54b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"53dd54b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Insurance and liability<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ae09a04 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ae09a04\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Insurance<\/strong><br \/>The boat is insured with comprehensive insurance intended for rental use.
